Two kinds of rice are cooking! The Instant Pot will also be used to steam veggies, and make hard boiled eggs. The proteins and zucchini were grilled yesterday. I'm meal prepping for the next 4 days without ever turning on my stove or oven, and since it's been in the 80's here it's just better that way! #ginghamapron #nutrition #fitfam #blogging #mealprep #rice #instantpot
